xKiarax, on behalf of the team, thank you so much for that (only roughly half of the team was there on Friday when I did the vid, but most of us who got a poem, mine is now on my wall). Thanks a ton! (I took the guys by surprise on Friday with my camera, as you will see in the vid :)
