You have to get to the top of blackpool tower and cast off the end with a cheap ass fishing rod (or lower is through mesh), a few pictures or a video will do of it but extra points if your 50p gets nabbed by passers by or you sit in a fold out chair with a flask of coffee. You dont have to actually get it anywhere but preffered if you can get it over people heads- as long as the rod is through the mesh and you sit there with at least 1 person seeing you while your at the top.
P.S: i will sort out extra long line if i can ;)
