Britain's smallest town, Llanwrtyd Wells is home to one of the Bragster Olympiad's biggest events. The Heart of Wales is going to be pumping.

Our strapping athletes must traverse a muddy bog on a mountain bike in the fastest time to win this event. Wearing a weighted backpack & a lead weighted bike the competitors will need to tighten their snorkel if they want to cycle along the bottom of a 6ft bog in record time. As always bonus points will be awarded for acts of flair.

Neill doesn't need a win! He's been top 3 for the last few events (And won the nettle eating!) and is the top of the leader board! Spoke to him today though and his tummy is stil in bad shape from the nettle eating so we will see if he wins this one!

Well another event, another winner! The Olympics in China are never going to compete with the stuff we're getting up to :-)

So who won?...

In first place - Billzy! He actually came 3rd in the entire championship. So he is the 3rd best mountain bike bog snorkeller in the world. Top dog.

Alski came second with a valiant effort and Warbastard placed 3rd with a rather comical but competent journey through the bog.
